Providing your own Artwork?

If you choose to provide you own artwork when making your purchase and have any problems uploading your files or you forget to upload them before checking out. You can simply send us your files through our secure file transfer site. Send your files here.

Please set up your artwork to the following specifications:

• Size with bleed: 216mm x 154mm
• Resolution: 300 dpi minimum
• Format: PDF or JPEG
• Colour: CMYK (RGB/Pantones will be converted during proofing)
• Fonts: Outlined or Embedded
• Bleed: 3mm with no printer marks
• Safe Zone: 3mm

We can create a design for your flyer/leaflet, once you've placed your order simply send us your business information and any logos or images you want featured on your design, using our secure file transfer site Send files here. Once we have all the required information we'll design your flyer and send you a proof before printing, the proof allows you to check everything is how you would like your information displayed. You will provided with only two provisions (changes allowed to me be made). It is your responsibility to ensure all the text and spelling is correct as any mistakes after they are sent to print, this cannot be changed. In the design we create you, if you have not advised what kind of layout you would like when providing your information, the design layout cannot be changed unless agreed otherwise and may be subject to additional cost. You will only be able to have changed the text and colours, or any images that you have provided within your two provisions.
