How long does it take to make?

Your order is custom made, and made to order, we usually dispatch within 1-3 working days by courier and we'll send you updates once it's been dispatched and a tracking number if applicable.

Providing your own Artwork?

If you choose to provide you own artwork when making your purchase and have any problems uploading your files or you forget to upload them before checking out. You can simply send us your files through our secure file transfer site. Send your files here.

File types accepted are .PNG .JPG and .PDF we cannot accept responsibility for resolution when supplying or your own artwork design.

We can create a design for your business card, once you've placed your order simply send us your business information and any logos or images you want featured on your design using our secure file transfer site Send files here. Once we have all the required information we'll design your business card and send you a proof before printing, the proof allow you to check everything is how you would like your design to be. It is your responsibility to ensure all the text and spelling is correct as any mistakes after sent to print cannot be changed. In the design we create you can only change the text and colours, or any images that you have provided. The design layout cannot be changed unless agreed otherwise and may be subject to additional cost.

Cancellations

- As they are made to order, all desk/protection mat orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of ordering so please let us know as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. This can be done via the contact us page.

- If you cancel your order after this period of time, as you order is order being processed we cannot provide a refund.
